System Development Charges
As required by ORS 223.304 (6), notice is hereby given that the City of Sweet Home intends to consider a new system development charge methodology for its water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, and transportation systems. A public hearing on the new methodology is scheduled before the Sweet Home City Council on February 9, 2021 at 5:30pm. All interested parties are invited to attend this meeting.
The proposed methodology is available for public review at Sweet Home City Hall 3225 Main Street, Sweet Home and listed below.
If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments as follows:
